SongCritic.com is Back!
We are pleased to announce the return of the site SongCritic.com, as well as the relaunch of our Podcast “the CriticCAST!” (coming soon).
Things are a little different now. We have made the site much more user-friendly, and went “back to the basics”.
We are starting from the ground up again, so please take the time to visit SongCritic.com and sign up.
In the meantime, we are looking for Artists to include in our upcoming shows, so we encourage all Artists and Bands to submit your tunes for consideration!
Also, we have uploaded all of our past shows in our “Show Archive”, so make sure to give your favorites another listen.

Thanks for including the always entertaining past shows! By the way, how can the members help with
the bar tabs so we can keep you guys juiced enough to keep us laughing?
And will there be various levels of membership, from free through paid types, that allow for various additional aspects to membership and functionality such as; deep linking to sings posted, linking to shows previously broadcast, etc.?

As far as the “bar tabs” are concerned, that is the reason we shut down for so long. We couldn’t afford to keep up with JP3′s consumption, so the electric got shut off to the studio! HA!
No, we are going to keep things pretty simple here. The sponsors of the show, as well as ads in our show notes, should keep the lights on for us. We want to keep membership free.
Concerning the member links… in each members user profile, there is a spot to include a website address, which links your username to that website. We can’t let users link directly to songs, or make posts to “check out my tune”. We want to keep the focus on the show and the Artist involved. But all shows will remain on the site after they have aired.
